What is the return period
You can register your return within 14 days of receiving the item. Then you have another 14 days to return the item.
To receive a full refund, it is important to return the item unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. You may view the item as you would in the store. We may hold you liable for any depreciation in value that occurs because you have used the item in a different way than you would in a store.
For returning the order, the return costs are at your own expense.
Excluded from this trial period are items that are custom made to your order, such as custom clothing rods.
How does the return process work
- Report your return via the online return form
- Pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging.

- Within 7 working days after receipt of your return we will refund your purchase price. If you return the entire order and you have paid delivery costs, we will also refund those to you.
Can I exchange my article?
No, unfortunately exchange is not possible. To still receive the correct article you can return the product (at your own expense) and place a new order with the correct article.
