Prices, shipping and payment

Prices:

Our quoted prices always include VAT and any other taxes, except for any delivery charges.
Business customers from Belgium can buy without VAT by entering the VAT number at checkout.
Obvious mistakes or obvious errors in the offer do not bind us.
We reserve the right to make interim changes to offers.

Cost of delivery:

With a minimum purchase of €100.00 (including VAT), we deliver the ordered goods free of charge to the specified delivery address in the Netherlands and Belgium. Below that you pay only a contribution in shipping costs of €5.95 in the Netherlands. In Belgium, this contribution in shipping costs is €8.95 for all orders up to €100.00

Method of delivery:

All goods are delivered via a national parcel service, usually by TransMission or Post.nl

Method of payment:

You can pay with us in the following ways: Paypal, Sisow (Ideal), Bancontact, Klarna, Visa, Maestro and Mastercard.

Delivery terms and delivery:

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the place of delivery is at the address provided.

Deliveries are made within 1-2 business days from the time of ordering and receipt of the goods amount. If the delivery period is exceeded, you will be notified as soon as possible, but no later than 2 working days after you have placed the order.

Should a product be unavailable or no longer available, we will contact you within 2 business days and either offer you a replacement item or indicate when the item will be available again and ask you to wait for it.
