Most board material used in the manufacture of sliding doors tends to warp over time due to the action of the wood.

Warped doors can interfere with the operation of the runners. To combat this problem, it is advisable to use a door-tensioning device for cabinet doors. This door-tensioning device can be used with MDF or chipboard doors of various thicknesses from 18 mm.
It is recommended to use 2 door tensioners on a door over 600 mm wide.
